Cabin Crew Administrator – Bangkok

Brief Description   

  • Assuring that crew comply to the regulatory standards and assisting with their inquiries.

Detailed Description
Inflight and Catering

  • Disseminate information to promote better communication flow between management and cabin crew.
  • Prepare weekly reports on crew performance in liaison with inflight management for decision making by the management.
  • Prepare and analyze periodic performance data reports, i.e. lay over, sick off, ground duty, leave days, etc.; in order to enhance cabin crew utilization and productivity
  • Compile data and run voyage reports.
  • Prepare and compile crew monthly achieved nights.
  • Check, verify and submit cabin crew productivity claims, i.e. layover and extra hours allowances payment and subsequent payroll data entry within stipulated timelines.
  • Ensure the office is well administered organized all the times.
  • Planning, organizing and coordinating meetings both internal and external and taking minutes as required.
  • Plan and facilitate cabin crew appraisal performance reports in liaison with IPMs.
  • Raise inflight requisitions from the stores/supplies.
  • Collate and forward crew documents to crew planning for update.
  • Update cabin notices and maintaining accurate and timely records of crew members.
  • Ensuring crew roster integrity and referring to Managers on the irregularities.

Job Requirements        

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Secondary education completed
  • University degree in a business-related field
  • TOEIC score of at least 450 points with 2 years validity
  • 3 years of relevant experiences in a large organization or service industry

General Manager – KAHL

Brief Description        

  • Key accountability to the Board of Directors for the delivery of the Kenya Airfreight Handling Company Limited (KAHL) strategy aimed at growing the revenue contribution and oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of airfreight services, adhering to regulatory standards, and driving operational excellence.
  • The role holder will lead and manage teams, improve service delivery, implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the company’s profitability and growth in the highly competitive airfreight and logistics industry.
  • In addition, he/she will be responsible and have authority for the management and supervision of functions and activities within the scope of organization to contribute to the development of the overall KAHL product by the establishment of policies, procedures, and an ethical guide for the operations.

Principal Accountabilities (Responsibility)

Operational Management

  • Oversee the airfreight handling operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing of cargo in compliance with industry standards.
  • Supervise daily activities related to cargo handling, warehousing, sorting, and distribution to ensure operations are smooth and meet customer expectations.
  • Optimize operational processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop and champion a security and safety culture within KAHL in compliance with relevant legislative/industry requirements

Leadership & Staff Management

  • Support new regional freighter business by studying and aligning to evolving market dynamics
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the operations team, ensuring staff are well-trained, adequately resourced, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure high performance across teams and departments.
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement among all staff members.

Customer Relations & Service Excellence

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Actively engage with customers to resolve any complaints or issues, ensuring service is delivered to a high standard.
  • Drive the development of customer-oriented solutions, enhancing service offerings and operational quality.

Job Requirements        

Qualification (Minimum)  

  • Relevant University Degree (Master’s degree or professional certifications preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience in airfreight handling, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams, operational performance, and multi-department coordination.
  • In-depth knowledge of airfreight operations, industry regulations (such as customs, aviation regulations, and international trade), and logistics management.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in business software, including cargo management systems, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.

Catering Officer

Brief Description        

  • Execute daily catering operations so as to ensure seamless product delivery and efficient management of catering processes in a timely, safe and secure environment.

Detailed Description        

  • Execute planned catering activities to ensure reliability of standards and schedules
  • monitor all safety and security guidelines and regulations are observed and incorporated in all operational tasks
  • Report on catering meal uplift per flight and address any operational challenges
  • Monitor and manage any disruptions in liaison with related stakeholders
  • Monitor efficient and effective loading and offloading of in-flight amenities to achieve targeted objectives

  • Ordering of out station landing cards and preparation of in-flight documents for use on board
  • Input meal data and do a daily reconciliation with NBO catering supplier.
  • Ensure closure on variances daily

Job Requirements        

Qualification (Minimum)

  • Advanced Diploma or higher in catering operationsor a hospitality related field
