E-Commerce Content Specialist

The E-Commerce Content specialist is responsible for coordinating the content of a specific content/category on the online platform. The role holder is accountable for developing, editing, and updating all the data and content on the online platform. The Content Associate plays an important role in ensuring specific product, promotional, and informational content is presented and published in manor to optimize the online customer experience.
ROLE PROFILE

  • Develop and ensure implementation of online content for specific category for the online platform.
  • Produce content for online platform to ensure products to include descriptions, price, scheduled delivery, origin, and ingredients, as relevant.
  • Ensure all content for the respective category on the online platform is updated, relevant and published in a timely manner.
  • Manage the online presence of product categories and associated promotional campaigns and provide insights to management for existing and prospective customers.
  • Track and analyze the progress of the different products available on the online platform for the respective category to ensure that low in demand, out of stock or unavailable products are unpublished.
  • Gather information related to products from the Merchandising Department and suppliers to ensure that content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review and update the content developed prior to publication on digital channels to ensure consistency and accuracy of content designed.
  • Collaborate with vendors/suppliers to execute projects or campaigns related to content development, as per the required standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in Marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in website content creation and management.
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience in creating content and digital marketing

 

AdTech Manager

The AdTech Manager is eesponsible for maximizing revenue and cultivating strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers (endemic and non-endemic advertisers) and internal stakeholders to grow PEP’s Retail Media Network. This role is the primary commercial interface, tasked with selling the value proposition of PEP’s Retail Media ecosystem, ensuring the flawless execution of campaigns, and reporting on performance to deliver exceptional return on investment (ROI).
ROLE PROFILE

  • Growing and retaining Key Supplier relationships
  • Retail Media commercial and sales growth – Meet and exceed sales targets for key suppliers
  • Develop and implement a solid relationship management process to retain and grow business within key accounts
  • Develop business proposals to onboard new partners
  • Co-create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Oversee Campaign execution and performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle
  • Bridge between PEP’s internal teams and advertiser.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Media Sales, or AdTech sales
  • Digital Marketing or Sales Certification
  • Experience negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements
  • Previous experience working with FMCG supplier accounts

 

Private Label – Brand Manager

The Manager – Private Brand is responsible and accountable for the Private Label range and performance across Territories within their Department/Group of categories. The role holder is also responsible for the adaptation of the Company/Department and Section strategy to their designated categories. The role holder is expected to propose a range of Private Label products to be developed, set marketing and communication strategy both offline and online, optimize and track all financial KPIs.
ROLE PROFILE

  • Stay abreast of market trends and innovation to elaborate action plans, maintain Private Label brand’s strategy and develop Private Labels range responding to Customer Demand
  • Ensure Private Label items meet local sales targets and profit goals
  • Ensure the proper integration of the Private Label items within the International Merchandising function strategy
  • Prioritize development plan in coordination with Private Label Quality Team, Sourcing team and Sales Development team across territories to maximise resources and sales potential
  • Ensure commercial strategy is implemented offline and online; KPIs are tracked and corrective action plans are set when necessary
  • Follow up on the manufacturing and launch of new Private Label products in the stores
  • Ensure the marketing of Private Label items in coordination with Marketing and Sales Development
  • Support Sourcing teams with their category strategy definitions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a product development background being mandatory (Private Label )
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills

 

Associate – Last Mile

The Associate-Last Mile is responsible for supporting the effective operations of the Last Mile in terms of on time delivery and quality delivery within the agreed cost and budget for online business channels, such as e-food, carrefour now, non-food and marketplace.
ROLE PROFILE

  • Find the most appropriate solution to deliver goods to end customers to offer the best unified customer experience for the country at the lowest cost.
  • lmplement the delivery of service contracts with providers/suppliers and ensure these are up to date .
  • Ensure that the logistics services providers & suppliers upload accurate information & documents in the Transport Delivery System.
  • Support and track both home deliveries and returns to/from stores/DC/suppliers.
  • Coordinate last mile resources as per the forecast provided by the different business units.
  • Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.
  • Provide inputs on the development of annual budget.
  • Develop necessary measures towards continuous reduction of the operational cost.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in E- Commerce or Business Administration
  • 3 to 5 years of professional work experience working in logistics and supply chain
  • E-commerce Fulfillment and Last Mile Experience
  • Commercial knowledge is preferred
  • English (Full professional proficiency – Required)
