Technical Support Operator (Nairobi)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Motorcycle Inspections after Repossession:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of repossessed motorcycles to assess their condition and document any damages or discrepancies.
  • Compile detailed inspection reports and provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance as needed.

Car Valuations and inspections:

  • Evaluate the value of cars using industry-standard valuation techniques and tools.
  • Consider various factors such as make, model, year, condition, mileage, and market trends to determine accurate valuations.

GPS Tracker Installation:

  • Install GPS trackers on cars and motorcycles to facilitate efficient monitoring and tracking for the duration of the loan.

SIM Card Installation

Product Analyst- ERP

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Junior Product Owner & Ticket Prioritization Analyst to support our product and IT teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their product or business analysis career who is passionate about improving systems, coordinating ticket workflows, and ensuring smooth delivery of IT features and fixes.

You’ll test newly released features, support local teams by turning smaller requests into actionable tickets, and help organize priorities in our Jira system.

Key Responsibilities:

Release Testing & Validation.

  • Test newly released IT features and fixes before and after deployment.
  • Document bugs, inconsistencies, or usability issues and follow up with the tech team to resolve them.
  • Ensure tickets meet the acceptance criteria before closure.

Ticket Intake & Requirement Definition

  • Serve as the first point of contact for smaller Jira requests from local teams.
  • Clarify needs with requesters and translate them into basic, structured business requirements.
  • Create and groom tickets that are ready for development.

Ticket Prioritization & Backlog Support

  • Review incoming Jira tickets, suggest their business priority, and coordinate alignment with Product Owners.
  • Flag urgent or high-impact tickets and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain backlog hygiene by closing outdated or duplicate issues.

Reporting & Jira Dashboards

  • Build and update basic Jira dashboards and reports to track progress and status of key tickets.
  • Share visual summaries of work done, blockers, and pending requests with relevant teams.

What you will need:

Qualifications:

Logbook Collection Intern

What you will do:

  • Collection of all logbooks for all loans issued from Dealers and distributors.
  • Updating transfer status of all collected logbooks/ data sent from the dealers and distributors.
  • Assisting in the collection and followup of the most urgent logbooks.
  • Accepting/rejecting ownership of all transfers on Tims, handling complications associated with the process.
  • Requesting for direct transfers of logboooks on need basis.
  • Keeping records of all logbooks which ownership has been accepted and updating the same in our records.
  • Handling Office tasks eg. filing, printing and keeping records.
  • Preparing and sending data to distributors and dealers for those transfers that have not been successful for them to do follow up and resubmission.
  • Visiting and holding meetings with dealers and distributors.
  • Generating all required reports.
  • Any other duty assigned.

  • Organizing vehicle assessment values and preparing vehicles for sale.
  • Following up with daily repo stock to ensure they are sold in time.
  • Assisting with the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
  • Compiling, analyzing, and presenting sales data to support decision-making.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service.
