Job Description

We offer top-notch, long term Car financing in Nairobi and Mombasa to our prospective customers, which is up to 80% of any car’s value. With MOGO’s efficient mode of services, you get to drive your dream car in a very short period of time at a very convenient interest rate.

  • high level reporting for Head of Device Financing and other high level stakeholders.
  • Manage offering to dealers and other relevant stakeholders in close collaboration with other stakeholders.

What you will need:

  • Should have 3+ years of operational experience, ideally in fintech, telecom, handset distribution, or retail finance.
  • Hands-on experience managing logistics, customer service, or credit operations.
  • Familiarity with the mobile phone supply chain is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and execution skills.
  •  Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards and KPIs.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

 

Product Trainer – Device Financing – Western

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new employees, focusing on Mogo’s products, loan processes, and CRM systems.
  • Train agents and dealers on using Mogo’s mobile app and other relevant software, ensuring they can effectively engage with customers and manage loan applications.
  • Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and documentation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve based on feedback.
  • Work closely with the Area Sales Manager and other leaders to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching to ensure proficiency in using Mogo’s systems and processes.
  • Assist in the development of onboarding processes for agents, dealers, and other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a trainer or in a teaching role, preferably in sales or finance.
  • Experience in training people on using apps or software is a must.
