IT Assistant (Techno-Functional ERP Support)

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration
  • Must have participated in at least one full ERP implementation cycle (Tier 1 or Tier 2 systems)
  • Understanding of ERP systems and business processes (finance, HR, supply chain, or operations)
  • Experience with ERP configuration, support, or functional/user-side implementation
  • Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of databases, reporting tools, and system integrations is an added advantage
  • Ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support ERP implementation, maintenance, and system optimization across business functions
  • Gather business requirements from users and translate them into functional system solutions • Provide first-level technical and functional support for ERP-related issues and queries
  • Coordinate with vendors, developers, and teams during ERP implementation and support cycles • Assist in system testing, UAT, user training, and preparation of documentation and SOPs • Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and support reporting within ERP platforms
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within business workflows
  • Support ongoing digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives

 

Operations Theatre Manager

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Hospital Management, or OT Management required
  • Valid Nursing Council of Kenya registration preferred for nurse managers
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in operation theatre services with 2-3 years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in OT workflow management, surgical coordination, sterilization, infection control, and OT scheduling
  • Experience managing OT teams, equipment, consumables, audits, and patient safety compliance

 

Laboratory Manager

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology with a Master’s Degree in a related field
  • Valid KMLTTB registration and practicing license required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing hospital laboratory operations
  • Strong technical experience in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Histopathology, Blood Bank, and QMS
  • Experience in ISO 15189, lab audits, accreditation standards, biosafety, and lab operations management

 

Biomedical Engineer

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering required
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in hospital biomedical engineering with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with ICU, OT, imaging, dialysis, laboratory, and hospital gas systems
  • Expertise in preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, equipment safety testing, and healthcare tech management
  • Experience managing biomedical vendors, AMCs, maintenance schedules, documentation, and equipment compliance

 

​Sales Engineer (Building Chemicals)

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Chemical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales of building chemicals or construction-related products
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, building chemical applications, and technical sales processes
  • Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Good organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to work under pressure and manage frequent site visits
  • Ability to read construction drawings and project specifications is an added advantage • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driving license is preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth for building chemical products including waterproofing solutions, concrete admixtures, sealants, adhesives, coatings, repair mortars, and flooring systems while identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, distributors, and project owners while ensuring excellent customer support and satisfaction.
  • Technical Support & Project Coordination: Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and provide product recommendations based on project requirements while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely supply and delivery.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor competitor activities, conduct market surveys, prepare quotations and tender submissions, and provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
