• S.O.Ps: Create clear procedure for opening/closing, visitors, collections, incidents, procurement and facility use
• Must be obsessive about detail, warm with parents and capable of running a busy campus with responsible authority

Own curriculum mapping, classroom standards, planning templates, observation, assessment & teacher coaching

Strong grounding in early childhood development; Montessori experience is highly desirable to match school Collaborate with the Founding Head on teacher selection and demonstration lessons
