• Must be a holder of business-related degree from a recognized university.
• KCSE minimum Grade of C + and above.
• Acceptable level of general management, financial or entrepreneurial acumen.
• A Diploma in Banking or Co-operative Management will be an added advantage.
• Must be proficient in digital working tools.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carrying out routine, investigative and special internal audit assignments.
• Assisting in reviewing annual audit programmes/procedures.
• Performing post audit reviews to determine the extent to which recommendations have been implemented.
• Assisting in preparation of audit reports and follow up on implementation of recommendations
• Participating in surprise audit checks and verification of payment to ensure validity and accuracy.
• Preparing an implementing annual audit plans in liaison with the internal auditor.
• Examining the overdrawn accounts and informing the relevant authorities for necessary action.
• Examining the various accounts held by the treasury officer and the assistant treasury officer in relation to their balances and requesting for reconciliations in case of balances.
• Vouching of cash documents from all the branches.
• Stock verification of all the purchases received in the main store.
• Performing any duties that may be assigned by the internal Auditor from time to time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Must be fully completed CPK K
• A diploma in banking or accounts will be an added advantage
• Must have attained a C+ in KCSE
• Must be computer literate
• Have demonstrated high analytical and communication skills.
• Understand Sacco policies and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Acquire retain and create strategic partnerships to grow client base and revenue
• Approaching potential clients by utilizing mails and phone, and making presentations to groups giving sound insurance advisory services and support to clients, selling insurance policies to customers
• Monitor claim handling procedures for timely claim settlement
• Proper coordination and administration of insurance services in the agency

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in a business related course
• KCSE C +
• A holder of C.O.P will be an added advantage
• Age 25 years and above
• Knowledge on insurance products and services
• Extensive knowledge of marketing issues with high ethical standards
• Good management ability with capacity to grow, support and develop thesubsidiary
• Excellent organisation, analytical, negotiation and time management skills
• Ability to meet reporting expectations of the board, investors and statutory bodies.
