Sales Supervisor – Corporate Sales

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Supervisor to lead a team of Sales Executives while driving business development among corporate clients.

The successful candidate will oversee sales operations across multiple product lines, including garage equipment, woodworking machinery, and construction equipment, while developing strategic client relationships and ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, coach, and supervise Sales Executives.
  • Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and field coaching.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development of the sales team.

Corporate Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender responses.
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.

Performance Management

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience managing corporate clients and sales teams.
  • Experience selling industrial machinery, engineering equipment, construction equipment, garage solutions, or technical products will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.

 

Sales Executive – Construction Equipment

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Sales Executive to promote construction machinery and equipment to contractors, developers, engineering firms, construction companies, hardware distributors, and project consultants.
