REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of a diploma in Sales and Marketing or any related business field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logbook product lending
• Proven ability to drive branch growth and achieve sales targets
• Proficient in loan management systems
• Strong team leadership skills with experience managing and developing staff

REQUIREMENTS

• Atleast 3 years experience in the same role, working in the microfinance space for logbook product
• Analyze and mitigate credit and financial risks.
• Review and recommend loan applications for approval.
• Monitor portfolio quality and manage emerging risks.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience managing a boda boda loan portfolio across multiple branches.
• Strong background in lending specifically to boda boda riders, including client acquisition, loan disbursement, and collections.
• Experience leading branch teams to achieve growth targets while maintaining high portfolio quality and low default rates.
• Established relationships within the boda boda sector,
• including rider groups, SACCOs, and chairpersons.
• Ability to drive business growth, monitor branch performance, and ensure effective loan recovery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain business systems, databases, and digital platforms to ensure reliability, security, and uptime.
• Develop, customize, and automate business processes through coding, integrations, and reporting tools.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions for management decision-making.
• Implement and enforce data security, backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures.
• Administer company website, email systems, and user access controls.
• Coordinate technology deployments, upgrades, and vendor support services.
• Train staff on system usage and promote data-driven decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in systems administration, database management, and data analytics.
• Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL, APIs, automation tools).
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel reporting.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and IT infrastructure management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
