Accounts Receivable

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be available to start within one month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain debtor accounts
  • Prepare invoices, statements, and financial reports
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end and audit processes

 

Night Auditor

Job Description

  • Perform night audit functions and balance daily transactions
  • Prepare daily financial and operational reports
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Handle late check-ins and early departures
  • Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during overnight hours

 

FnB Cost Controller Clerk

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily beverage stock take from the outlet and verifying whether the sales from the POS do tally with the items sold.
  • Assisting the Head F&B controller in all his tasks.
  • Prepare daily food and beverage report and ensure that they are within the budget. • Check and ensure that no item is issued out from the store without requisition approved by the H.O.D
  • Do surprise sport checks from all the F&B outlets
  • Check and verify voids, discounts and complimentary from the POS and ensure there is no pending bill
  • Conference and function billing and also do follow up of the function to ensure all procedures are followed
  • Controlling the Events and Conference numbers to ensure all revenue is charged.
  • Random check of menu prices and POS price do match whenever there is price change
  • Participate in inventory stock taking and prepare variance analysis for the same
  • Performing any other duty assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in F&B cost control in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems, POS, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel management systems (e.g., Micros, Opera, Material Control).

 

Receptionist

A Cook prepares and cooks food according to recipes or menu requirements. They are responsible for food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, monitoring food quality, and ensuring meals are prepared safely and on time. Cooks may also assist in menu planning and managing kitchen supplies.

A Pastry Chef specializes in preparing baked goods and desserts such as cakes, pastries, bread, and sweets. They create recipes, decorate desserts, ensure quality presentation, and maintain baking equipment and hygiene standards in the pastry kitchen.
