RPL Practitioners- Verifiers

Qualifications and Requirements for RPL Practitioners ( Verifiers):

  • Applicants for the role of RPL Practitioner must meet the following minimum qualifications:
  • Hold at least a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognised and accredited institution;
  • Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in Human Resource Management practice;
  • Hold Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) qualification;
  • Be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in good standing
  • Evidence of prior training in Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) will be considered an added advantage.

 

RPL Practitioners- Assessors

Qualifications and Requirements for RPL Practitioners ( Assessors):

  • Applicants for the role of RPL Practitioner must meet the following minimum qualifications:
  • Hold at least a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognised and accredited institution;
  • Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in Human Resource Management practice;
  • Hold Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) qualification;
  • Be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in good standing
  • Evidence of prior training in Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) will be considered an added advantage.

Qualifications and Requirements for RPL Practitioners (Counsellors):

  • Applicants for the role of RPL Practitioner must meet the following minimum qualifications:
  • Hold at least a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognised and accredited institution;
  • Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in Human Resource Management practice;
  • Hold Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) qualification;
  • Be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in good standing
  • Evidence of prior training in Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) will be considered an added advantage.

 

Industry Experts

Qualifications and Requirements for Industry Experts:

  • Applicants seeking engagement as Industry Experts must meet the following minimum qualifications:
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized and accredited institution;
  • Possess at least fifteen (15) years of verifiable industry experience in Human Resource Management;
  • Be a Fellow of the Institute of Human Resource Management (FIHRM) in good standing;
  • Evidence of prior training in Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) will be considered an added advantage.
