KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement IT strategies 1 aligned with business goals and manufacturing operations.
• Oversee daily IT operations, systems administration and infrastructure management.
• Ensure system security, data protection and business continuity.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships and technology projects.
• Provide technical leadership and support to the IT team.

 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in an IT management role, preferably in the FMCG manufacturing industry (wheat flour, maize flour or animal feeds).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle or similar).
• Proven experience in managing IT projects, suppliers and system implementations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, oversee and manage daily production operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure product quality, food safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage production resources, including manpower, machinery and raw materials.
• Drive process improvement, cost efficiency and waste reduction initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Production Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a production management role in an FMCG manufacturing environment (wheat flour, maize flour or animal feeds).
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and team management skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share.
• Plan and manage product marketing campaigns.
• Lead market research and competitor analysis.
• Drive brand visibility through digital and traditional channels.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a minimum of one FMCG product in either wheat flour, maize flour or animal feeds.
• Strong strategic, analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
• Manage office correspondence (emails, calls and letters).
• Maintain and organize office records. files and documents.
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment and facility needs.
• Schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
