KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals and manufacturing operations.
• Oversee daily IT operations, systems administration and infrastructure management.
• Ensure system security, data protection and business continuity.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships and technology projects.
• Provide technical leadership and support to the IT team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in an IT management role, preferably in the FMCG manufacturing industry (wheat flour, maize flour or animal feeds).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle or similar).
• Proven experience in managing IT projects, suppliers and system implementations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or in a senior kitchen role.
• Strong menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety. hygiene, and Kenyan food handling standards.
• Ability to manage kitchen teams, delegate duties, and train staff.
• Experience controlling food costs, stock, portions, and kitchen budgets.
• Strong leadership, organisation, creativity. and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY KES 150,000

• Valid Kenyan driving licence (Class B/appropriate class).
• Proven driving experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi and its environs.
• Ability to carry out basic vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

• Knowledge of paid social media campaigns, audience targeting, and lead generation.
• Strong communication, creativity, organisation, and ability to manage content calendars and deadlines.
