Front Office Associate (Spa)

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture all client details on the phone such as phone number and full names on booking the client.
  • Organize and book all client appointments using the booking software.
  • Ensure service billing is done and clients pay either before or after treatments without exception.
  • Issue branded receipts to clients and ensure that clients must leave with their receipts.
  • Handle all incoming calls and in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate and communicate all bookings and cancellations in good time to the therapists to allow timely service preparations.
  • Ensure all licenses are current and always maintain a clean and organized front desk.
  • Communicate to all clients any promotions, product/treatment launches, discounts, or service changes.
  • Manage product sales and update stock appropriately on the company’s integrated booking system.
  • Receive and document payments accurately through the software and updating the daily report with modes of transaction used (cash, M-pesa, credit card).

Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, be honest, trustworthy and have experience handling multicultural clientele.
  • Must have excellent work ethics, professionalism, phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Must be presentable, neat have a high level of organization, multitasking and timeliness.
  • Must have experience working in a busy and fast-paced environment.

 

Primary/Junior School Teacher – Nakuru

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics and Physics lessons, catering to diverse learning needs using innovative methods.
  • Develop lesson plans and materials aligned with curriculum guidelines, ensuring timely syllabus coverage and record-keeping.
  • Design and grade assessments, provide feedback, and support students through remedial lessons.
  • Maintain a safe, disciplined, and engaging learning environment with proper attendance and performance records.
  • Work with colleagues to enhance teaching quality and participate in staff meetings and training.
  • Support student development through clubs and contests, and contribute to school events and community programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Education Degree, Diploma in Education, or Diploma in Primary Education.
  • Must have a Teachers Service Commission (TSC) registration number.
  • 2 – 5 years’ experience as a teacher and CBC competent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent written and spoken English, excellent IT skills, and excellent reporting skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of teaching with best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures.

 

Finance Admin – Westlands

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and document management.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for restocking.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Support basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including data entry and processing invoices.
  • Managing accounts payables and receivables.
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with financial reporting.
  • Liaise with the finance team on payroll, expense reimbursements, and petty cash management.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in HR-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s in Finance or any other related field.
  • Must have 2 years and above working experience.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools.
  • Hands on with integrity and interpersonal skills.

 

Finance Assistant (Temporary)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Maintain financial records and documentation, ensuring that all financial data is accurately recorded and readily accessible for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Manage petty cash, ensuring timely reconciliation to maintain a clear audit trail and prevent discrepancies.
  • Update and maintain the asset register to accurately track the organization’s tangible assets.
  • Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents and reports to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements as well as responsible for KRA follow-ups.
  • Preparing of VAT schedules, reconcile customer accounts and ensure VAT withholding taxes are paid on time.
  • Responsible for filing and management of all documents.
  • Management of inventory.
  • Any other financial/accounting function that is reasonably expected of the position.

Qualifications:

  • Must have completed at least CPA – Foundation Level and or Diploma in Bookkeeping/Accounting.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as Pastel ERP systems / SAGE and MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

 

Quality Assurance/Quality Controller System Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Implement and Coordinate quality controls/Assurance for all company goods/products both incoming and outgoing.
  • Maintain, coordinate audits for both QMS and FSSC management systems
  • Manage all receipts, on processes and dispatches to ensure standard is attained
  • Monitor and Control raw and packing materials being received or dispatched.
  • Monitor product Quality and advice production crew accordingly.
  • Monitor, enforce and Implement company’s management systems and legal product compliance.
  • Determine/manage the human resources and materials required to meet expected departmental results.
  • Work out, review and implement standard operating procedures for quality controls and ensuring OP and adhered to.
  • Monitor quality standards of products between Company and third parties
  • Prepare and maintain documentations to conform with statutory regulatory and operational procedures.
  • Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including operating procedure, distribution and management.
  • Spear head internal audits and keep records of the same.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a relevant Bachelors’ Degree.
  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry .
  • Must have formal training in Food Quality Control .
  • Attention to detail and results oriented.
  • Must have a strong personality, exude confidence, authority and focused.
  • Must be knowledgeable in ISO 22000, ISO 90001 & HACCP Certification awareness.
