Stores Supervisor (Agriculture) – Makueni, Kenya

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising stores staff, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating receipt and dispatch of goods, monitoring stock levels and ensuring all stores activities are carried out efficiently, safely and in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate stores staff, including work allocation, training, performance management and handling day-to-day operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, goods received, goods issued and reorder levels, ensuring all stock information is updated accordingly.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and monitor slow-moving, ageing and obsolete stock.
  • Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods, ensuring all items are properly documented, recorded and handled within the required timelines.
  • Ensure storage areas are properly organised, labelled, clean and safe, with stock arranged for easy identification and accessibility.
  • Ensure stores operations comply with company policies, procedures, safety requirements and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on inventory levels, stock movements, discrepancies, stock issues and other stores-related matters.
  • Monitor workplace health, safety and environmental requirements and ensure appropriate measures are followed within the stores function.
  • Support the management of disciplinary matters among stores employees and escalate issues where necessary.

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Stores Management or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in stores, inventory or warehouse operations, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management, stock control, receiving, issuing and stock reconciliation procedures.
  • Experience monitoring reorder levels, stock ageing, slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
  • Good understanding of warehouse organisation, documentation and record management.
  • Knowledge of workplace health, safety and environmental requirements.
  • Strong organisational, supervisory, reporting and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.

Operations Room Supervisor (Security) – Laikipia

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of command during critical incidents, exercising sound judgement and decisive leadership under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations room during assigned shifts, coordinating operators and ensuring effective monitoring, communication, and information flow.
  • Command incident response processes, ensuring incidents are assessed, prioritized, escalated, and coordinated in line with established procedures.
  • Maintain operational readiness of communication, monitoring, dispatch, and incident management systems, identifying and escalating equipment or system gaps.
  • Manage radio communications, ensuring proper net management, channel discipline, call protocols, and adherence to communication procedures.
  • Monitor and coordinate field operations, maintaining situational awareness and supporting teams with timely information and tactical direction during incidents.
  • Prepare accurate operational reports and shift handovers, documenting incidents, actions taken, outstanding issues, and relevant operational trends.
  • Identify capability gaps in equipment, procedures, systems, or personnel and provide practical recommendations to senior management to strengthen operational effectiveness.

Key Qualifications

  • A Degree or Diploma in Security Management, ICT, Criminology /KCSE qualification with a minimum grade of B in Mathematics and English.
  • 5 years’ experience in security, military, law enforcement, wildlife protection, or an operations centre environment.
  • Demonstrated tactical or command experience, with the ability to remain calm and decisive during high-pressure incidents.
  • Strong knowledge of radio communication protocols, including net management, channel discipline, escalation procedures, and operating protocols.
  • Strong IT literacy and systems aptitude, with experience operating or supervising multi-platform monitoring, dispatch, or incident management systems.

IT & Operations Room Operator (Security) – Laikipia

The successful candidate will monitor communications and situational awareness systems, coordinate incident response communications, maintain accurate operational records, and ensure the Ranch’s network and Microsoft 365 environment remain functional and secure. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable operating a radio console and troubleshooting network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Ranch radio communications, EarthRanger, TRBOnet, and other systems to maintain real-time situational awareness.
  • Coordinate communications and escalate security, wildlife, medical, and environmental incidents to the relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate incident logs, records, and reports, and ensure effective shift handovers.
  • Conduct routine checks on communications and monitoring equipment and promptly report faults.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the Ranch’s LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and access points, including basic network configurations.
  • Administer M365 users, licences, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive while providing first-line IT support to staff.
  • Maintain IT hardware and licence records, support basic cybersecurity controls, document technical issues, and coordinate escalations with external IT support.

Key Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in IT, Networking, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in operations room, communications, IT support, security operations, with knowledge of radio etiquette and communication protocols.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, subnetting, wireless networking, and practical experience troubleshooting switches, routers, and access points.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, particularly Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, user accounts, licences, and permissions.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, Huawei HCIA-Datacom, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • Strong English and Kiswahili communication skills, sound troubleshooting ability, attention to detail.

Overwatch Operator (Security) – Laikipia

The role is responsible for maintaining situational awareness across the ranch, monitoring communications and tracking systems, coordinating incident response, and ensuring accurate operational records. The position is field-based and requires flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage radio communications, ensuring clear and timely communication across all assigned channels.
  • Monitor EarthRanger and TRBOnet systems, tracking patrols, field units, wildlife movements, GPS locations, and anomalies.
  • Coordinate emergency communications during security, wildlife, medical, and environmental incidents, escalating as required.
  • Maintain accurate operations-room logs of incidents, communications, system activities, and escalations.
  • Prepare operational reports and records using Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Conduct routine system and equipment checks, identifying and reporting technical or communication faults.
  • Conduct effective shift handovers, communicating active incidents, system status, pending actions, and key operational information.

Key Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in ICT, Communications, Security, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in an operations room, communications, security, dispatch, control room, or similar environment.
  • Strong IT and Microsoft 365 proficiency, particularly in Teams, Outlook, Excel or SharePoint.
  • Experience with radio communication and dispatch systems, including radio etiquette, channel discipline, call routing, GPS tracking, and escalation procedures; experience with TRBOnet or MOTOTRBO is highly desirable.
  • Experience with EarthRanger or similar monitoring and incident-management platforms, such as SMART or Tracks.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Kiswahili, with relevant radio operator certification such as a Kenya Communications Authority Radio Operator Certificate, KCAA RRTOC, Amateur Radio Operator Licence.

 

Sales Operations Coordinator (Automotive)

The role will work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Aftersales, dealers, OEMs, and customers to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, timely delivery, and smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from vehicle allocation/invoicing through to delivery, ensuring all transactions are accurately tracked and completed on time.
  • Review and maintain deal files, verifying documentation, pricing, contracts, OEM requirements, approvals, and compliance.
  • Coordinate invoicing and financial administration, working with Finance to resolve payment, credit, documentation, and invoicing issues.
  • Coordinate vehicle logistics and delivery, including transport, registration, preparation, accessories, and customer/dealer handover.
  • Support dealers, fleet sales, and tenders by coordinating orders, transfers, tender documentation, quotations, specifications, and submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate aftersales and warranty handover, ensuring vehicle and customer details are accurately communicated and warranty registrations are completed on time.
  • Manage demo vehicle records and sales operations reporting, tracking demo fleet utilisation, vehicle status, outstanding transactions, dealer activity, deliveries, and key operational issues for management.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Automotive Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, fleet sales, dealership operations, sales coordination, or a related environment.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle sales administration, invoicing, logistics, registration, and delivery processes.
  • Experience in deal file management, contract compliance, OEM requirements, tenders, or fleet sales is an advantage.
  • Strong Excel, reporting, administrative, organisational, and analytical skills, with experience using CRM, ERP, DMS, or vehicle sales systems.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, follow-up, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
