What will I do?

• Our Summer Associate Programme presents an array of opportunities for you to gain diverse experiences, collaborating with colleagues worldwide.
• Participating in an innovative work programme that supports our expanding portfolios and business development initiatives.
• By joining our Programme, you will gain genuine insights into TBI’s work and witness first-hand how we excel as problem-solvers, offering comprehensive guidance to political leaders across all areas of the Institute.
• Throughout the Programme you will actively contribute to specific projects, playing a role in driving meaningful change. Receiving mentorship from experienced colleagues and developing a holistic understanding of life at TBI.

What do I need to apply?

• We welcome applications from those finishing or who have completed an undergraduate degree or post graduate degree
• Have a personal passion for politics and strong political acumen
