Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in category support, supplier sourcing, e-commerce, retail, or business development.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Analytical,proactive and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard strategic suppliers and brands
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Ability to manage sellers/brands and drive category growth
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
