Requirement for Appointment:-

• Diploma in any of the following disciplines – Supply Chain Management, Commerce (Supplies Management option), Procurement or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Proficiency in computer application skills.
• Membership of a professional body

Duties and Responsibilities: –

• Implement supply chain policies for the County;
• Adherence to strict compliance with rules of procurement process and supply chain cycle;
• Implement existing supplies regulations, procedures and system;
• Recommend disposal of unserviceable stores and equipment;
• Implement procurement manual;
• Prepare procurement plans;
• Source for goods and services;
• Conduct stock control, stock taking and stock audit
• Implement e-procurement strategies
