About Job

  • This is a fully remote Support role in a small team supporting M-KOPA’s 1800+ domain users on their Enterprise Mobility and Security.
  • Essential skills for the role should include, experience in a similar sized environment, working extensively with MS Azure, Intune, Purview, Defender, MS Teams, and O365.
  • You will need experience with Powershell, transitions from on-prem to Cloud and you will be solving complex issues around workplace collaboration, endpoint, identity and access management, in particular the integration of outsourced departments and contracts.
  • This role hopes to attract a natural low ego problem solver with a flair for service and system improvement.
