KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy and roadmap.
• Manage ERP, CRM, sales, inventory and business systems.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, hardware and technical support.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, backups and disaster recovery.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures and controls.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts and software licences.
• Drive system improvements, automation and technology projects.
• Monitor IT performance, risks, expenditure and report to management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant IT experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience in an IT supervisory/management role.
• Proven experience managing ERP/CRM, business applications, IT infrastructure and networks.
• Experience managing external IT vendors/service providers.

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, Cybersecurity or Project Management certification.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, Manufacturing or Distribution
• Experience with ERP/CRM implementation and improvement.
• Knowledge of data protection and information security requirements.
