Your mission at Sistema.bio

Reporting to the People Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding efficiently top talents into Sistema.bio while promoting Sistema.bio’s brand.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments, out of which, develop a hiring plan and ensure its implementation as per the timelines.
• Building and maintaining a database of online channels, professional networks and others to recruit efficiently and measure success.
• Mastering our internal ATS (BambooHR). Be a champion of the Sistema.bio recruitment process.
• Leveraging recruitment  metrics to validate sourcing channels and to advise on turnaround time of closing a position.
• Onboarding and managing candidates experience to provide the best experience possible during recruitment and onboarding.
• Supporting field recruitment by collaborating  with technical  operations and sales teams to build best practices field recruitments, running examples and being able to go to the field to support.
• Offering support to other HR functions.

More about YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant diploma.
• At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
•  Experience within an international organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Experience recruiting across multiple regions and countries simultaneously.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through different networks.
• Experience in human resource analytics will be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management, interpersonal and negotiation skills and a proven ability to provide excellent client service in a cross-cultural context.
• Fluent in English.
