Our client, an organization known for its dynamic and innovative approach and its commitment to attracting and retaining industry-leading talent, is actively searching for a motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in driving our client’s growth and success.

Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with our business leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. You will serve as a strategic advisor to business units, working collaboratively to identify, attract, and hire top talent while fostering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment initiatives to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Participate in employer branding and talent marketing efforts.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and candidates.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
