Required Mindsets & Skills

  • Can Facilitate great quality hiring at scale for our teams
  • Experience in seamless hiring processes and enable agile pipelines for our most critical roles
  • Emotional Intelligence skills
  • Communication/ Story-telling – Should be able to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
  • Project Management skills
  • Negotiation/ Persuasion: should posses good negotiation skills
  • Leadership: Can lead a team or have experience leading a team

Required Background

  • +2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Coaching, Sales, etc.
  • Psychology/ Coaching background is a plus

  • Make sure that all people involved in the hiring process knows what they need to do and have the tools to do so
  • Maintain our tools and systems (Greenhouse, Linkedin Recruiter, etc.) and make sure that all information is reliable and up to date
  • Facilitate great quality hiring at scale for our teams
  • Drive seamless hiring processes and enable agile pipelines
  • Ensure an amazing experience for both our candidates and hiring teams
