Team Lead (Sales Fiber Optic Solutions)

Position Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead (Sales) for Fiber Optic Solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving B2B sales, managing a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering tailored fiber optic solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Engage in cold calling and outreach to identify potential clients and their needs
  • Communicate fiber optic solutions and value propositions effectively to clients
  • Coordinate with the technical team to arrange presentations and prepare quotations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for a seamless experience
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, schedule meetings, and convert leads into sales
  • Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the telecommunications or fiber optic industry, with team leadership experience preferred
  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
  • In-depth technical knowledge of fiber optic solutions, products, and processes
  • Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in fiber optics
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
