Team Leader (Marketing Executives) – Eldoret

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide daily leadership, coaching, and performance management to a team of Marketing Executives to drive revenue growth and deliver world-class retail service.
  • Conduct regular field visits with team members, offering on-the-ground support, mentorship, and feedback.
  • Train the team on insurance products, customer onboarding processes, and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and manage daily sales activities and productivity, including SME production tracking.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines in all retail acquisitions.
  • Oversee follow-up on policy renewals and premium debt collections from both retail and SME clients under the team’s portfolio.
  • Plan and execute market activations and sales storms in targeted locations to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and enhance customer retention.
  • Compile and submit accurate weekly and monthly performance reports for the team.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time.
