TEAM LEADER

  • Lead and supervise branch employees.
  • Oversee loan approvals, disbursements, and collections.
  • Prepare financial analyses and reports.
  • Market the branch within the community to grow accounts.
  • Plan and forecast branch objectives aligned with company goals.
