Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader – Parts Retail Sales based in Nairobi. The Team Leader will oversee retail parts sales operations, manage customer relationships, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising the sales team, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and enhancing operational efficiency. The individual will also handle client inquiries, promote sales strategies, and collaborate with management to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field from a recognised institution
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive Aftersales with a proven, verifiable sales performance record
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a team leadership or supervisory role managing field sales personnel
