This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at Platinum Credit Limited located in Kitale. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees, setting goals, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and ensuring team productivity. They will also be responsible for reporting to upper management and fostering a positive work environment.
