Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers
  • Ensures a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
  • Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
  • Ensures zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers’ information.

Qualification
