Your Mission

• Perform technical demonstration in the bakery and patisserie fields by using the products of Puratos for the artisan sales channel,
• Give technical advice in product development process and range positioning, together with the R&D and the Marketing departments,
• Follow up closely all local and global patisserie trends and to reflect them by finished products,
• Create pastry recipes in order to develop recipe databank,
• Increase the basic and advanced patisserie knowledge of customers, newcomers, and the local patisserie technical advisor team by frequent trainings,
• Support all patisserie marketing activations as customer & consumer events, digital media, digital platform, PR etc,
• Support all regions in Kenya for the required works,

What we expect from you

• 5+ years production experience in food and bakery/pqtisserie sector,
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills,
• Excellent people management skills to interact with customers, cross-functional teams and third parties,
• Excellent organizational and time management skills,
• Creative thinker with a vision,
• This position requires domestic travel to customer and potential sites
