• Diploma in Water Engineering/Technology, Civil Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Higher National Diploma will be an added advantage.
• Skills in entrepreneurship.
• Computer literate, preferably with knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent.
• Possess a riding license or be willing to ride.
• Must have graduated no earlier than 2021.
