Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Information Technology (BBIT) or Commerce and a proven track record of selling financial solutions in the East African market. With 5-10 years of tangible experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the East African region.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical expertise to clients and address their inquiries effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology (BBIT) or Commerce.
  • 5-10 years of successful experience in selling financial solutions in East Africa.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the BFSI sector in East Africa.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical proficiency to explain complex financial solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
