Job Description

CDL was founded in early 2003 by its current Managing Director Lucy Mmari.Within her 14 year tenure in a well established logistics company, She honed her skill in human resources management and thereafter started CDL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell company products at the optimal price, timing, and quality.
  • Understand company products and their uses to better perform duties.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company positively.
  • Report to the Marketing Manager or Managing Director in their absence.
  • Ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market share.
  • Conduct market research to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Implement innovative promotional programs to boost sales.
  • Continuously enhance the company’s product reputation.
  • Maintain control over product identification and traceability.
  • Accurately account for any company advances.
  • Achieve sales and collection targets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly market reports.
  • Uphold the company’s ISO 9001:2000 procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales of print consumables, rubber rollers, and products within the flexo and offset printing industries.
  • Over 3 years experience.
  • Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
