RoleĀ 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist at Advatech Office Supplies in Nairobi. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing technical sales support, assisting customers with product information, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves promoting and selling products such as KRA ETR Machines, POS systems, biometric scanners, CCTVs, and more.

Qualifications

  • Technical Sales, Sales, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Technical Support expertise
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product features
  • Experience in the office supplies or technology industry is a plus
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
