Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Writer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating technical documentation, including manuals and other documentation. The role involves closely collaborating with the design team and other team members to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Technical Communication, Technical Documentation, and Technical Writing skills
• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation, including manuals
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with industry-standard documentation tools and software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Computer Science, Technical Writing)
