Job Responsibilities:

• Field Service Readiness: Willingness to travel frequently across major agricultural zones
• Pre-Delivery Assembly: Skill in unboxing and setting up completely knocked-down (CKD) machinery imported into the workshop to match manufacturer compliance.
• Customer Interaction: Professional language skills to calmly explain technical issues, repair costs, and correct operator usage habits directly to farmers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma/degree in Agricultural/Mechanical/ElectricalEngineering.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience servicing industrial or agricultural heavy machinery, preferably within a major dealership environment
• Able to work independently/under minimum supervision
