Job Description

M-KOPA’s mission is to make high quality energy affordable to everyone. OUR GROWTH SO FAR… M-KOPA has connected more than 400,000 homes in Kenya,Tanzania and Uganda to solar power with over 550 new homes being added every day.

Job Purpose

  • We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to help generate sales. You will close sales over the phone and maintain good customer relationships.
  • You will report to the Senior Team Leader Telesales.

Main Responsibilities

  • Tele-selling: You will call our existing customers to upgrade them to televisions and other products that we have to offer.
  • Conversion Objectives: You will ensure the campaign achieves its conversions and sales goals.
  • Quality Objectives: You will ensure the quality of calling follows set quality standards.
  • Productivity Objectives: You will adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity.

Incumbent Requirements

  • Have a good academic qualification Certificate, diploma, and above
  • Have BPO Industry/Call center industry experience
  • Be passionate and good at sales
  • Have excellent skills in communication
  • Be convincing and experienced in persuasion
  • Conversant with basic working tools: Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Be result-oriented and self-driven
  • Have good ethics and integrity
