Territory Trade Marketer (HPC Brands)

Job Overview

The Territory Trade Marketer – HPC will be responsible for driving in-market execution of trade marketing strategies within the assigned territory. The role focuses on strengthening product availability, visibility, and promotional compliance, while managing distributors and coordinating field teams to achieve territory growth and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of HPC brand strategies across the assigned territory.
  • Ensure optimal product availability, in-store visibility, POSM deployment, and promotion compliance across general trade outlets.
  • Manage distributors and coordinate field teams of at least 10 staff per territory to achieve sales and distribution targets.
  • Support territory ownership initiatives to grow numeric and weighted distribution.
  • Conduct regular market audits, outlet checks, and retail execution reviews.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide timely market intelligence.
  • Prepare and submit accurate field and performance reports to management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in FMCG field sales or trade marketing, specifically within Home Care & Personal Hygiene (HPC) products.
  • Proven experience managing distributors and large field teams.
  • Strong understanding of general trade execution, merchandising standards, POSM deployment, and promotional compliance.
  • Demonstrated track record of territory ownership and growth.
  • High field orientation with the ability and willingness to work extensively in the territory.
