Responsible for all food & beverage operations in the club. Plans, implements and monitors departmental budgets.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality management or culinary Arts.
• Proven experience in Food & Beverage management
• Prior experience in a Club is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all food and beverage day to day operations to the highest standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service both internal & external.
• Design exceptional menus and continuously make necessary improvements. Build a team, train, set targets and KPIs
• Prepare and submit departmental reports regarding sales results and productivity
• Nature an environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
