1. Administrative Assistant Job – Action Africa Help

The NGO seeks to hire an admin assistant to manage AAH Kenya Kakuma front office and reception, give support to the Administration & Human Resources functions while supporting the Finance & Administration Officer in the execution of his/her role.

Requirements are a diploma in Business Administration or related filed. Training in Supply chain or procurement will be an added advantage; minimum 5 years work experience, 3 of which should be on a similar role and proficiency in MS-Office applications.

2. Technical Officer Jobs – Food and Agriculture Organization (8 Posts)

The candidate will be expected to, in close coordination with the Programme Manager, act as a County Programme Officer (CPO) for the full implementation of scheduled activities on the land programme, plan and report (in the web-based database) all county activities on a monthly basis in collaboration with county programme and administrative officers and in consultation with sector heads as well as monitor the progress and execution of activities as per the work plan, and perform other duties as required.

They are required to have a University degree in Natural Resource Management, Land Management, Land Administration, Surveying, or Legal studies required, excellent written and oral communications skills, excellent strategic visioning, creative thinking and problem solving skills and excellent working knowledge of computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and GIS).

3. Driver Jobs – Food and Agriculture Organization (6 Posts)

The driver will be required to, drive and transport FAO personnel/missions to various meetings and other location in the country, maintain updated records of vehicle movement logs, vehicle fuel consumption service and repair records as well as ensure assigned vehicle is always clean serviced and repaired as per the specified schedule and in good working conditions at all times.

They are required to have a Secondary school education, valid Driving Licence and certificate of good conduct, be fluent in both written and spoken English and Kiswahili and motor vehicle mechanical repair a distinct advantage.
