Key Responsibilities

• Client engagement and booking – Engage with clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls to manage inquiries, bookings, itineraries and payments
• Quotations & Pricing – Prepare and review proposals, negotiate rates with suppliers, and ensure accurate pricing room configurations.
• Reservations: Coordinate accommodation, flights, vehicles, and activities; confirm bookings and document client requests
• Quality Assurance- prepare client briefings, verify daily movement files and confim all bookings and supplier invoices are accurate
• Customer Support – Provide emergency assistance during travel, manage complaints and refunds and support the sales team with information

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in travel and tourism or similar field
• 2-3 years experience, as a tour consultant in Kenya
• Good knowledge of African tourism destinations, safari activities, and local and international travel requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and independent work ethic.
• Other destination knowledge is an added advantage.
