Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions and workshops in various safari locations
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals and resources to ensure consistency and quality in training programs
• Provide hands-on training and guidance in areas such as front office, wine service, bar operations and cocktail preparation
• Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve staff performance
• Collaborate closely with the management team to identify training needs and implement tailored training programs accordingly
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to ensure the client’s offerings are at the forefront of excellence
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to the staff, motivating and inspiring them to excel in their roles

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Trainer, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Extensive hands-on experience in F&B and Front Office
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Charismatic and approachable personality, able to connect with and inspire others
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel to different safari locations as required
• Certification in food safety and alcohol service is a plus
• Basic or fluent Swahili is an advantage
