Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent Chinese Translator to support communication between Chinese- staff and local employees within Production department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate verbal translation between Chinese and English (and/or Kiswahili).
• Interpret during production meetings, shift briefings, and management discussions.
• Safety guidelines and SOPs
• Support communication between Chinese engineers/supervisors and local production staff.
• Assist in training employees on production processes, equipment use, and quality standards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company operations and technical processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to interpret accurately in fast-paced factory settings.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• HSK Level 4 or above preferred.

Education & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience as a translator/interpreter in manufacturing or industrial settings
