We are looking for a reliable Truck Loader responsible for loading and unloading goods onto and from delivery trucks in a safe, efficient and timely manner for our company. The ideal candidate will be involved in carrying out all necessary safety checks and vehicle inspections, as well as helping the driver verify shipping route schedules and checking orders for accuracy prior to shipping.

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Loading packaged shipments onto shipping trucks
• Verifying and counting packages prior to loading
• Operating hand trucks for loading individual packages
• Loading outgoing shipments onto shipping trucks and transporting to customer premises.
• Recording changes to scheduled shipments
• General warehouse maintenance

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Academic: Form 4 or above.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivery driving, preferably within an FMCG or logistics environment.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy goods and load / unload
• Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage delivery schedules and paperwork
