Tupande Extension and Aggregation Coordinator

We are seeking exceptional Extension & Aggregation individuals to support Tupande’s fast-growing crop buyback programs in the avocado, macadamia, and dried fruit value chains. You will play a critical role in managing field activities and ensure effective implementation of our farmer-facing work streams including training, certification, and crop aggregation.

You will be a part of the Market Access team and will report directly to the respective Market Access Associate. This role is based in Sagana and is hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily implementation of field activities across training, certification, and aggregation

  • Ensure compliance with set quality thresholds and volume targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with local farmer leaders and government actors
  • Collect and submit timely and accurate data to inform decisions
  • Flag risks and escalate issues to the relevant Associate or Specialist

Career Growth and Development

We have a strong culture of constant learning and we invest in developing our people. You’ll have weekly check-ins with your manager, access to mentorship and training programs, and regular feedback on your performance. We hold career reviews every six months, and set aside time to discuss your aspirations and career goals. You’ll have the opportunity to shape a growing organization and build a rewarding long-term career.

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
