Job Description

Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology is situated in Juja, 36 kilometres North East of Nairobi, along Nairobi-Thika Highway. It was started in 1981 as a Middle Level College (Jomo Kenyatta College of Agriculture and Technology (JKCAT)) by the Government of Kenya with the generous assistance from the Japanese Government

Requirements

The candidate must:

  • Have a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Have Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication and Information Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Be registered or registrable with the Engineering Board of Kenya (EBK) or a similar professional body.
  • Be ready to register for a PhD in the relevant field
  • Demonstrate potential in teaching and research in an institution of higher learning
