Job Description

• We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our cloud solutions. As an integral part of our product development team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and preferences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional design solutions.
• Communicate design concepts effectively through presentations, mockups, and design documentation.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design assumptions.
• Work closely with product managers to prioritize features and enhancements based on user needs and business objectives.

• Iterate on designs to enhance usability, accessibility and overall user satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
• Identify areas for improvement and optimize designs based on user feedback and usability findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma or XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design and information architecture.
• Experience designing for cloud-based applications or enterprise software solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
