Job Description

We are a BTL agency operating in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania in areas of General sales, Promotions, Merchandising and Roadshows among others. We service over 20 clients in the markets we operate cutting across all industries with over 1,000 members of permanent and contracted staff. We work with a range of clients, including global leaders and household brands, to propel their digital presence through tailored strategies that deliver results. We believe in excellence execution to give value to all our clients by ensuring tangible and measurable results for any projects we undertake.

Van Sales Resresentatives (VSR’S)

 Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of sales, distribution, and activation targets
  • Conduct field visits for coaching, audits, and support
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Handle customer and outlet escalations within the region
  • Coordinate stock availability and movement with relevant teams
  • Enforce company policies and operational standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales or field team supervision
  • Experience in FMCG or General Trade is an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Proficiency in basic reporting tools (Excel, mobile apps)
  • Willing to travel extensively within assigned region
  • Strong knowledge of local market dynamics.
  • Must have a valid driving Licence If interested,
