Job Summary:

• As a Vehicle Service Mechanic, you’ll apply your expertise in automotive technology, diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues efficiently. With a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving skills, you’ll ensure vehicles receive top-notch maintenance, meeting the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspecting and diagnosing engine and part faults.
• Fitting, testing, and servicing motor vehicles and motorcycle engines.
• Replacing engine components or complete engines.
• Examining, adjusting, dismantling, and rebuilding defective parts of motor vehicles.
• Installing or adjusting motors, brakes, and steering systems.
• Installing, adjusting, and replacing mechatronics components of motor vehicles.
• Performing scheduled maintenance services for smoother vehicle operation and pollution regulation compliance.
• Reassembling engines and parts after repair.
• Inspecting and repairing electrical systems.
• Conducting diagnostic tests and road tests.
• Offering technical advice and assistance to customers.
• Maintaining accurate repair and service records.

Requirements

• Education: a certificate or diploma in automotive technology from a recognized technical or vocational institution.
• Experience: a minimum of one year in the automotive environment.
• Skills: Mechanics should possess a diverse set of technical skills, encompassing the ability to diagnose vehicle issues, execute repairs and maintenance tasks proficiently, and effectively utilize various tools and equipment. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
