Job Description

• To lead, manage and deliver the Energy & Infrastructure Finance Debt Solutions capability for a portfolio of complex clients, ensuring the effective end-to-end design and implementation of client-centric lending solutions that deliver exceptional client experience, grow Investment Banking revenue, protect market share, and reinforce CIB’s position as the “Go-To” Lending Bank.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance or related field

Experience Required

• 8-10 years
• Experience concluding and leading complex Debt Solutions across a single portfolio such as product, sector, client or country.
• Experience in complex debt structuring, deal execution, lobbying for support from corporate functions, and collaborating across product teams within a large bank.
• Experience coaching, managing, leading and coordinating teams, including delegation, prioritisation, KPI setting and performance discussions.
• Experience partnering specialist risk areas, monitoring portfolios, managing risk and exposure, and interpreting relevant regulatory frameworks
